Start top left like a book: 6 chocolate milk singles, bag spinach, 6 sweet bread rolls, 100 napkins, ceramic dinner plate, untranslated mystery spice, 5 various noodles, 5 pack microwaveable containers with lids (translated the label for those suckers), 14.4 Oz Cooked shrimp, couple pounds of bacon, liter coconut oil, 6 metal forks/spoons, 2 shavers, kilo (2.2 lb) Swai fish fileted, 3 packs koolaid, 2 quarts milk, 1 pack hot dogs, 1 pound ground pork, 1 pack flour tortillas, couple pounds mixed fruit and French fries ea. and 20×1 gallon zipper bags.
Shopping hungry and the fridge was empty. This was my favorite grocery yet. And cool folks on the outskirts of the biggest village; exchanged numbers with two different people, and I’m not going to comment on the checkout person, other than enchanting enigma.
Cruised by the place a few times and made a mental note that it gave good vibes, maybe cuz it was right next to an outdoor barbecue place.
I resisted some things, besides that China girl; buying cheese, though it was about the same price as in California, and various exotic (to me) dessert cakes, and dine of the ice cream is insane, also they had hot wings at crazy low price, and it took a lot of will power to not hit up that barbecue joint going off next door.
Nailed the list though. Be nice to stop using paper and plastic cutlery and plates. Though who knows what kind of metal the spoons/ forks from France are, and/or how poisonous these plastic container thingys are from idk Korea/China? The phone just translated enough to see they are microwavable. So using just a microwave still but not for long. I read that you can do all this stuff in micro, just gotta pay attention.
Can you tell I been hankering for meat and seafood other than sushi and tuna salad. Ok, there’s your TMI from my little Mariana island today.
Tonight; bacon wrapped shrimp with spinach and whatever those odd looking fruits are.
Be good, have fun and stay outta trouble.
