Once you’ve tried some of his techniques you’ll notice dramatic improvements. Every video I’ve seen of his has helpful insights into safety and effectiveness. It’s nice to try some new ones so when I turn on my Tabata timer I’ve got a plethora of movements to choose from.
Look up tabata timer. This is an annoying internet one https://fitlb.com/tabata-timer, but they are basic 20 seconds on 10 seconds off. I should make some new ones that are just audio loops.
