Cindy asked if I was working again. Here’s my reply: I didn’t tell you? Yes, the doctors I’ve worked with for years are booking me up at my favorite location. It took a couple months after fully vaccinated, including a few weeks to ramp up, but, my customer base is already strong and thank you Jesus I’m still pinching myself every day that I still have a career doing what I love! Honestly I had some doubt that it would pick up enough this fast to even still call it a career: with the economy being hit so hard and people being afraid to be in close proximity of anyone. Apparently we are getting past the proximity thing and the people I see aren’t there for relaxation/circulation massage (I was trained in sports and medical massage though I’ve done plenty of “time” in luxury spas in Beverly hills/west Hollywood to Newport Beach as well, I prefer working alongside doctors now). Patients are there to stop being in debilitating pain and achieve and maintain wellness. So even the bad economy isn’t stopping people from doing that.
