CNN: Is walking 10,000 steps every day really necessary?

Here’s my nature boy, healer perspectives after reading the studies (with disclaimer: to be safe anyone starting out or changing workout routines must have your own doctors approval): I think they said after 7500 steps the death risk numbers level off, something under two hours walking. And good numbers closer to less than half that. It helps to pay attention to how much a person needs to “move it” to stay healthy as we are all naturally athletes. Also making sure to get in vigorous workout and appropriate warm up/down, stretch and massage. Meditation helps to learn and practice optimum health which includes the mind/spirit of our nature… or I might say: results and ease of flow for all these human requirements for overall health are exponentially increased by learning and practicing forms of meditation regularly as simply part of the package. It seems like a lot (and sure you could make a one liner out of all this or just say duh) of things that go into staying healthy but they all fit together nicely… as nature teaches us.
