I’ll do a few hours of chair massage once a week while promoting the on-site chiropractor – THE BEST who I’ve contracted with for the last year.
All the usual bullet points: licensed and insured, certified massage therapist through California’s CMT program.
It helps to know that your therapist is going to be smooth moving around your office. So the first thing to know is that a sign up sheet is being developed for the times your office is willing to add at least one person to the list and take 5 minutes up to 15 minutes of professional therapy at whatever level they are interested in whichever ways they are comfortable. It’s also required that the person speaks English or has an interpreter speak at a low level. HIPAA standards apply. And it is required that each person signs that they are healthy enough for a light to moderate professional chair massage. Also rest assured the therapist has moved around just about any kind of office you can imagine, along with many years of massage practice.
It’s your space I’m just moving through leaving “ahhh”s. Feeling is believing.
Not sure how much building management or the doctor’s office wants to be involved. I’m not promoting a business startup with a bunch of people descending on the offices to do massage. I just do massage in one of the offices and can make my limited time available to the other buildings. It’s all fairly simple.
