Lets get this party started

Today was lunges and stretching and upper body work, light cardio. A start. Started getting moving over a month before I packed up and split the mainland. Within a week I got a respiratory infection along with Ma and both cats. I was the last one to get better about a week or so before leaving. To keep it brief I was in bad shape when I got to the island, and there’s enough drama already built in but the shock is dissipating. Started eating better and focusing on serious exercise.

I”m not too superstitious but I just started working out again so I’m not crossing my fingers too much. Anywho it’s time to get into all of this eh. So in pulling off another mocrowave meal today I went with a sauce I didn’t use yesterday a Chinese oyster sauce, with Imitation crab meat from Thailand that’s bream fish, and Irvine (Ur-vin-uh the city with no soul) California U.S.A. noodles and broccoli from I don’t remember… the store. 1.50/3.25/.55/1.50$. Boiled water stuffed noodles in 1.5 more minutes microwave with the broccoli around the edges of the noodle cup so it was all hot together. Then cut out the individualy wrapped fish sticks and dipped them in oyster sauce and partook the noodles and broccoli a long with. Into fruit with savory, here’s some local plums that I got for a dozen for like 4 dollars. I’m getting off on having a cup of hot broth or sauce/gravy to sip with the plate, see below. Soooo good as they say on the islands.

Didn’t forget the exotic drink this time, it’s Nestles strawberry milk mix that was 3 bucks for a big bucket of it getting a late date, mixed with one of those rectangular packages of like soy milk, but it’s grass fed, full cream milk from New Zealand that’s 2.50$ ea. Soooooo g. Since I lost one of my chop sticks I tried coffee stir sticks, maybe not as good or a learning curve. There’s a bunch of broccoli under those noodles, don’t forget broccoli is a mood elevator.
